Insurance Information

Our insurance coordinators deal with many insurance companies. While we accept payment from various insurance companies, both in-network and out-of-network, many insurance companies will not give out fees until after the treatment is completed.

So that we may stay up to date on your available benefits, we ask that you keep us informed of any change to your insurance. It is important that all information about you is current. Please let us know of any changes in your life, or if you are making payment arrangements with an insurance company.

We cannot guarantee that any particular plan will cover all services rendered. Please check with your insurance carrier to see how many visits per year are covered by your plan. Insurance companies frequently deny coverage based on errors within their own systems. These errors can be remedied by reporting a complaint to the company. We suggest you follow up with your insurance company if payment is not received for treatment.

Patients are required to pay their estimated balance in accordance with insurance. Upon receipt of an insurance payment, any balance due will be the responsibility of the patient.
