Chhama Sarawagi, DDS

Dr. Sarawagi is a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, holding Diplomate status with the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Fellowship with the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Creighton University School of Dentistry. Her specialized training was completed during her Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego.

Dr. Sarawagi dedicated nine years of service to the United States Navy, providing critical care to Marines and Sailors, ensuring their mission readiness. A particularly memorable experience was her time aboard the USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78) during its work-up and shock trials, where she served as the sole oral surgeon, managing trauma, injuries, and pathologies.

Beyond her professional life, Dr. Sarawagi enjoys watching movies and television shows, dancing, playing tennis, and exploring local cafes and restaurants.

Her passion lies in creating healthy, beautiful smiles by developing personalized treatment plans that address each patient’s unique needs.
